Today in Freedive l'Estartit an SSI freediving level 1 course begins in the facilities that the school has in l'Estartit.
The first day we discuss almost all the theory of the course so the students will be prepared to start swimming pool practices tomorrow early in the morning.
We know when first day of theory begins but not when it ends, as it is very important for us to answer all students' doubts and questions and to be sure we finish the session when concepts explained by our instructors have been perfectly understood.
We are waiting for the last students to arrive so we can start the class!
