Orientation in the sea is one of the most important points for navigation, both on surface and underwater. But in this last case, disorientation is more frequent because of the monotony of some seabeds and the loss of landmarks.

The disorientation during a dive is a problem that can lead us to under-stress conditions and to being very far from the starting point on the surface and to not having sufficient means to travel extra distances. All this can be avoided by taking this SSI specialty, which deals with natural and compass orientations and the combination of both.

The specialty lasts for one day, a class with the theory and two dives in the sea, guided by a highly experienced diving instructor who will ensure that each student finishes the course having acquired the techniques of navigation.

Lassdive gives this course in his center in l'Estartit, Costa Brava, Girona.

Once you finish the course you will receive your SSI Navigation Specialty certification.
